Scott Pinkham Lettings is a subsidiary of Scott Pinkham Chartered Surveyors, Estate Agents and Auctioneers established in1975. The original company expanded throughout South Northants and North Bucks with eight offices and was eventually sold to Abbey National (Cornerstone) in 1989. The senior partner of the company, John Pinkham, retained his interest in residential lettings and property management together with an overseas estate agency specialising in Spain , Croatia and Cyprus

The lettings business currently has two Directors, founder John Pinkham and Julie Payne, and a second office in Chichester with the same Directors and Dan Hanson (an ex-headmaster of Northampton Pitsford Grammar School ).

Scott Pinkham Lettings in Northampton occupies a prime ground floor position at 6 Mercers Row (opposite the All Saints Church), and is open six days a week Monday to Saturday.
