What Are My Tax Implications ?

You are obliged to pay tax on any profitable income, however there are many items that may be off set against profit like any repairs or maintenance costs incurred, but we recommend that you speak to your/an accountant for up to date, accurate information.

Should you be an overseas landlord you will be subject to further tax unless you are able to be exempt, please ask your/an accountant for up to date details.
